FIRST STEPS

Hi, I'm Anna if you're into statistics feel free to call me 50% of Buddha's Belly.  I decided to create this Lifestyle and Travel blog with my friend Babsi. First and foremost if you ever see a color, it will stick out unless you're one of the few people who sees everything in black and white or tones of gray (and sadly has to avoid the sun or daylight). Get used to it! Entries will be both in german and in english and after each review, one of us will sign by whom it is and if it's an original or a translation; sometimes we'll translate our own entries and sometimes we'll translate eachothers, we will let you know. From time to time, we will have guest reviews you can look forward to.
According to folklore, it brings good luck and prosperity when you rub the belly of the "laughing buddha" buddai, hence the title of this blog, which I spontaniously came up with while chatting with Babsi on facebook. We were lucky to find that this indeed is the first: Buddha's Belly Blog (correct me, if I'm wrong).
Did you hear the music when I mentioned the title? No not a trumpet, more like a harp...What you didn't hear it? Maybe it's because you're surrounded by too much noise. Pssst!
Today, I decided to paint a big kalaidoscope colored suitcase. No, it doesn't smell like acrylic paint because it might give you headache. It smells like your favorite food, unless you're into fish eyes or kangoroo nuts or other exotic goodies of that sort. Unless you don't like food, then it probably smells like the ocean or fresh cut grass or burning wood.  Can you see the suitcase? It's very spacious. It's so gigantic that it fits you and your dreams without filling up; you can bring your pet. Yes, even if it's a Giraffe or a Mammoth Mr Flintstone...  It would mean a lot if you jump into this suitcase and travel with us, through time and space.
We want to make this really interractive; with your guidance we'll grow wings and fly...
